The collaboration continues…
Liberty users from NHS organisations in the north of England are meeting again. High on their agenda is learning how to make even more of their Netcall investment, as they continue to improve patient engagement.
The next North of England User Group event is being held on 24th September 2019 at Sheffield’s Electric Works.
In the past, Netcall ran User Group events which enabled sharing of sector specific knowledge and best practice. Logistics, travel and time away from the office are difficult for IT and Telecoms professionals within the public sector. To reach more customers, Netcall moved many events online instead.
However, Sheffield Children’s Hospital felt face to face meetings are useful. So, they took the lead and coordinated a User Group in March, with support from us at Netcall. Sheffield Teaching Hospitals, visionary users of the Liberty Suite, were also influential contributors.
Trusts in the Yorkshire, Lancashire, Cheshire and Derbyshire region attended in March. Lots of information was shared amongst the attendees, enabling everyone to get the most from their system. Feedback was good and delegates felt it a constructive opportunity to share and learn. In addition, the meeting generated some useful suggestions to Netcall’s R&D team.
The collaboration with neighbouring Trusts was so beneficial that a second event is being organised. We are delighted that the Netcall team will present more on Liberty ContactCentre and Patient Hub in an afternoon session.

Last time, all of us learnt something new and we were able to put in some development requests directly with Netcall as well. It is great to have an open discussion where we can share ideas on how we can collaboratively improve our processes and functionality across our Netcall products.”
